Žemuogės

Sodintos žemuogės (geltonos ūsuotos) sukrovė pumpurus ir sugalvojo žydėt. Plyštančia širdimi pumpurus išskabiau - sako, kad išskynus pirmuosius pumpurus, uogyčių derlius būna didesnis.

Sėtos žemuogytės laukia pikiavimo, labai gražūs maži augaliukai, tik nesvietiškai daug - irgi sudygo tirštai, kaip kad pomidorai :)

The yellow runner strawberries I planted (I mean I bought seedlings, not sowed them myself) got buds and decided to blossom. My heart nearly broke, but I picked all of them – it is said, that picking the first strawberry buds make them blossom more.

The red strawberries I sowed myself are waiting for me to thin them, they are very nice tiny plants now and there is a lot of them – germinated as well as tomatos.
